If your looking for a method of signing in your walk-in customers into your barber shop or hair salon then this is the application for you. Much better than having your customers sign-in on paper and gives your shop a more professional appearance. Customers will love it because it's fast, easy and painless. Only the currently working staff members can be selected by the customer reducing confusion to zero. Your staff members' will love this sign-in program because they won’t have to wade through a bunch of scratch outs and sometimes difficult to read hand writing. Staff members will simply click the first person on their waiting list, call the individual then clicks a button to indicate the person has been called. If no one is waiting in their list then your staff member will select the first person in the first available list. Minimal computer skills required for either the customer or staff to use this program.

Setup is a breeze. Enter up to eleven staff members names along with their normal business days off. Who's Next will display a sign on their waiting list when they are not in the shop working. This informs the customer to select a different barber or stylist. Temporary work status for an individual can be changed at any time if required.

Another option, and this highly recommended, is hiding the menu bar at the top of the waiting list window. This prevents customers and or children unauthorize access to areas they don't belong. Making the menu re-appear is done simply by holding the cursor over the right picture for three seconds.

Anytime a staff member needs to step out of the shop, they can go into the "Staff Area" and select their name and along with the reason for stepping out. This will display a sign on their waiting list so to inform customers when the staff member will return.
